Privacy Policy
This policy explains how AllStreamTools processes information when you browse the site, configure an overlay, connect a third-party platform, create an account, or contact us.
Information we process
Account and authentication data
If you sign in, the authentication provider may share an account identifier, display name, email address, and profile image. We use this information to operate your account, connect supported platforms, and save overlay configurations.
Overlay and integration data
We process the channel names, video IDs, styling choices, OAuth credentials, and other settings needed to provide the tool you request. Public overlay URLs may include configuration values, so you should treat URLs containing tokens as private.
Analytics and diagnostics
We use Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, Google Analytics, and Sentry to understand aggregate usage, measure performance, and diagnose failures. Depending on your region and consent choices, these providers may use device information, network information, cookies, or similar storage.
Advertising
We use Google AdSense on selected content pages. Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP addresses, cookies, local storage, and browsing activity to deliver, measure, and protect advertising, subject to your consent choices and Google’s policies.
Messages and feature requests
Information submitted through the feature-request form is delivered through our email service provider and used to respond to feedback and improve the product. Do not include passwords, OAuth tokens, or other secrets.
Cookies and consent
Essential cookies may be used for authentication, security, and OAuth state. Analytics and advertising storage are denied by default until an applicable consent signal is available. Where required, a consent message lets you choose whether analytics and advertising technologies may use cookies or similar storage. You can revisit those choices through the privacy message presented in your region or your browser settings.
Service providers and platforms
We use providers including Vercel, Google, Sentry, Resend, Stripe, and our database and authentication infrastructure. Tools can also connect to Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Spotify, Last.fm, Discord, Ko-fi, and other services you select. These organizations process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to provide, secure, measure, or support the service, comply with law, or complete a transaction you request.
Retention and security
Account, subscription, and saved-overlay records are retained while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, legal, and operational purposes. OAuth credentials are used only for the connected features and should be revoked through the relevant platform if you no longer use them. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information. You can disconnect a platform through its account settings and can ask us about account data through the contact options below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children and policy changes
AllStreamTools is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service or its providers change. Material updates will be reflected by the date above.
